"In such crazy economic times, it is so refreshing to find a small business like yourselves that exemplify the meaning of honesty and work ethic.

It is rare to find someone who is so passionate about their work and shows it in so many ways. From the time I dealt with Vicki going into the winter and had to delay due to the heavy demand from the storms, to the daily contact I had with Pat while the work was being done every day on the roof. I truly appreciate your approach to your work and excellent job you did on my home.

A roof is so easy to get put on, and so easy to do the wrong way. I know from being in the business fortunately but even if I didn't I know you guys know what you're talking about. Vicki, thanks for helping pick out the color so the contrast would be just right and not blend into the house as so many roofs do. And Pat, thank you for listening to my concerns and being patient enough to take time to show me I had nothing to worry about.

Hand nailing was the only way to ensure the warranty for the roof was in place. Selecting the right shingles to ensure we are dealing with warranty issues is critical. Using the right cap nail to apply the synthetic titanium paper that is hidden once the shingles are on is critical to get an airtight seal. All to ensure the right seal. Using steel in the ridges is so important to ensure you don't get material held up as the roof performs creating leaks or not allowing debris and water to pass easily down these areas. Selecting the right color and type of drip edge. Ensuring the ridge vent was the best available and installing it correctly. Adjusting the flashing around the chimney to make it more attractive than it was, and then even painting the exhaust pipes on the roof to match the steel. Ensuring my attic vents were opened from the insulation previously covering them, and ensuring my soffit vents around the edge of the house were open from the insulation that had previously covered them. All these are like artistic pieces of your work.

It all turned out so well. I just want you to know I appreciate small businesses that display such a passion and artistry in their work. I wish you all the success in the future and would be happy to explain to others considering doing a roof why Professional Roofing is the only company they should use."
